Senior engineer with years of R&D experience, responsible for the testing and development of cosmetic raw materials and the establishment of testing methods, and the establishment of quality standards for cosmetic raw materials, providing technical support for the procurement of cosmetic raw materials and improving R&D efficiency.

Adhere to the formulation and new product according to the development plan, conduct efficacy assessment of new cosmetics, formulation stability, package compatibility testing, and microbial competition testing; regularly summarize cosmetic development experience, continuously optimize product formulations, improve the quality of cosmetics, and continuously improve cosmetic performance.

Responsible for the preparation and revision management of technical documents of the cosmetic formulations, manufacturing processes and procedures; assist the Quality Control Department to complete the information collection of national/industry norms and ensure that all current standards are the latest versions.
